Sygic GPS Truck & Caravan Navigation creates routes by estimating the fastest and most direct way to reach a destination using major roadways. There may be times when you find that navigation takes you out of the way or creates a route that seems wrong to you.
We have provided an option for routing reports directly by the application. You will be able to submit a report directly after the route is calculated.
You can send a report by following these steps:
- After the route has been calculated, tap on the route summary button.
- Select "Report routing".
- Choose from one of the routing error types and tap on "Send".
Examples of routing errors:
- Long detour
- Not suitable roads
- Many small roads
- Other problem
If you'd like to report routings errors, please contact us at urgentsupport@sygic.com and include as many details about the error you identified, we will then be able to properly look into this:
- Exact start and finish point of the route (either the addresses as you entered them into the app, or GPS coordinates) - we need to know the exact starting point and destination of the route.
- Your settings for route calculation, which you have set up in the app.
- List of maps you have loaded in the app.
- Your vehicle parameters you have set in the app
