Not every license has a product code. Most licenses are linked to an email address or a Google Play/Apple App Store account and are activated by signing into the application or by restoring a Google/Apple purchase. To activate lifetime licenses by signing in or restoring, visit this article.
Premium+ cannot be activated with a product code. It can only be activated by signing in or by performing a restore. To activate Premium+, visit this article.
If you are looking for product code to activate your Premium license, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Sygic account using your credentials.
- Navigate to the "Order history" section where you should find all your previous orders.
- Locate product code of your Premium license.
To activate Sygic on your Android device, please follow the steps below:
- Launch Sygic app on your device.
- Go to Menu (☰) → Sygic Store → Activate license → Activate Product code.
- There, type in our code (a 16-digit code) and confirm by pressing "OK".
Premium license with product code is not possible to transfer between platforms. You can use it only on Android devices.
