Premium+ cannot be activated with a product code. It can only be activated by signing in or by doing restore.
"Sign in" to activate
You can activate your Premium+ by simply signing in in the app on your phone, by following these steps:
- Launch Sygic app on your device.
- Go to the Menu (☰)
- Tap on "Sign in" in the top of the screen.
- Select "Already have an account? Log in".
- Use the account, which you entered while making the purchase.
In case you don't remember your password, go to this link, to send yourself a password reset link.
Restore
If your purchase was made through Google Play (confirmed by an invoice from Google) or the Apple App Store (confirmed by an invoice from Apple), you must select the "Restore" option to activate your product.
- Launch Sygic app on your device.
- Go to Menu (☰) → Sygic Store → Activate/ Restore.
- Tap on the "Restore" button.
- Ensure that you are signed in to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store with the same account used for the purchase; otherwise, the restoration process will fail.
To verify the activation of your product, navigate to Menu (☰) → Sygic Store → "All your licenses" (Android) / "Restore/manage purchases" (iOS). If Premium+ appears in this section, it has been successfully activated.
Premium+ is the only product that can be transferred between platforms, so you should be able to activate it on both iOS and Android with a simple login.
